Highlights of the Project

Summer School

This five-day event is designed for diplomats who have recently taken on the challenging task of cyber foreign policymaking, as well as other government officials and policy makers interested in complex cyber issues.

Winter School

The three-day gathering will allow the Alumni to deepen their professional connections, exchange regional insights, and address pressing global cyber diplomacy challenges through focused discussions, expert-led sessions, and collaborative activities.
Winter School

Tallinn Cyber Diplomacy brings together emerging leaders and professionals working on cybersecurity policymaking, capacity building, and cyber resilience, providing them a platform to strengthen expertise, exchange insights, and build international networks.

Fellowship Programs

The program is designed to equip junior and mid-level experts and cyber diplomats from partner countries with the skills and knowledge needed to navigate today’s complex cyber landscape.
