The Tallinn Cyber Diplomacy Winter School is an exclusive 3 day intensive gathering designed to bring together former Summer School participants to discuss regional cyber diplomacy challenges. Hosted in rotating locations, it provides a unique opportunity for hands-on learning, collaboration, and field visits.
