Tallinn Cyber Capacity-Building Fellowship Programme 2026 has started!

Cybersecurity challenges may differ from country to country, but building resilience depends on what we can learn from one another. 

On 7th September, 22 cybersecurity professionals and cyber diplomats from 21 countries began the second Tallinn Cyber Capacity-Building Fellowship Programme. 

The first week takes place online, exploring cybersecurity governance, digital rights, international law, the impact of AI and much more. Next Monday, we will welcome the participants to Estonia for a practice-oriented week of discussions, workshops and study visits in Tallinn and Tartu. Here, they will experience Estonia’s cybersecurity ecosystem and learn directly from the experts shaping it. 

Throughout the programme, participants will also engage in a strategic exercise to explore key challenges and opportunities in their countries’ cybersecurity capacities and develop practical recommendations for shared challenges. eGA’s National Cyber Security Index methodology will be used as a practical tool to support this process.
