The seventh Tallinn Cyber Diplomacy Summer School took place from 15–19 June 2026, continuing its role as a key platform for diplomats and policymakers navigating the rapidly evolving cyber domain.
With cybersecurity and digitalisation shaping international relations, the Summer School fosters dialogue on global challenges and strengthens international cooperation.
Tallinn Cyber Diplomacy Summer School is financed by the European Commission (DG INTPA) and co-organised by the e-Governance Academy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, the European Commission (DG INTPA), and the Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV).
The initiative is dedicated to promoting a free, open, stable, and secure cyberspace, grounded in EU values of democracy, human rights, and the rule of law.
