Tallinn Cyber Diplomacy Winter School – Exclusively for Alumni
Follow-up program designed exclusively for alumni of the Tallinn Cyber Diplomacy Summer School. It provides a unique opportunity for former participants to reconnect, collaborate, and build on the knowledge gained during the Summer School.

Regional Focus, Global Impact
Each year, the Winter School is hosted in different regions, including Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), Africa, and Asia. Sessions are tailored to address region-specific priorities while promoting international cooperation and European Union values of democracy, human rights, and the rule of law.
A Global Platform for Alumni
Open only to past Summer School participants, the Winter School is a hub for alumni advancing cyber diplomacy and addressing global cyber challenges.
The Winter School goes beyond networking—it is a space where alumni become contributors to global cyber diplomacy. Whether co-creating new initiatives, exchanging regional experiences, or building lasting partnerships, participants actively shape the future of the field. By staying connected and engaged through this platform, alumni amplify their impact beyond the Summer School.
The Winter School empowers alumni to stay ahead of evolving cyber threats and policy shifts through a dynamic mix of regional insights, EU perspectives, and peer collaboration. It’s a chance to refresh knowledge, build influence, and remain at the forefront of international cyber discussions.
